Overview

Orders allows you to monitor, manage, and track customer orders across all sales channels from a single location. It gives you a quick snapshot of order activity through KPI cards, lets you filter and switch between order views, and provides a detailed listing table with quick actions for each order.

KPI Cards

The dashboard provides a quick overview of key order metrics through KPI cards at the top of the page.

  • Total Orders – Displays the total number of orders received across all sales channels.
  • Paid Orders – Shows the number of orders that have been successfully paid by customers.
  • Unpaid Orders – Displays the number of orders with pending or incomplete payments that may require follow-up.
  • Total Revenue – Shows the total revenue generated from completed and paid orders.

Order Filter

Click Order Filter to refine and locate specific orders based on your requirements.

The following filter options are available:

  • Order Type – Filter orders based on the sales channel or order source, such as POS or eCommerce.
  • Order Status – Filter orders by their current status, such as Paid, Unpaid, Completed, Processing, or other available statuses.
  • Select Date Range – View orders created within a specific date range to analyse order activity during a selected period.

 

Using these filters helps you quickly find relevant orders and manage them more efficiently.

 

Order Status Tabs

Use the tabs to switch between different order views.

  • All Orders – Displays all orders from every sales channel.
  • POS – Shows only orders created through the Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • eCommerce – Displays orders placed through your online store or eCommerce sales channels.

These tabs allow you to quickly filter orders without applying additional search criteria.

Order Listing Table

The order listing table provides a structured view of all orders and their key details.

  • ID – Displays the unique order identification number.
  • Customer Name – Shows the name of the customer associated with the order.
  • Status – Displays the current order status, such as Confirmed, Pending, Sold, Shipping, Returned, Failed to deliver, or Canceled.

  • Amount – Shows the total value of the order, along with the payment method used.
  • Sales Channel – Indicates where the order originated, such as POS or eCommerce.
  • Date – Displays the date and time when the order was created.

Quick Actions

Quick actions are available directly below the order ID, allowing you to manage orders efficiently.

  • View – Click View to open the complete order details page, where you can review customer information, purchased items, payment details, and order history.
  • Invoice – Click Invoice to generate, view, or download the invoice associated with the selected order.
  • Refund – Click Refund to initiate a refund for eligible orders. Refund availability depends on the order status and payment conditions.

Search Orders

Use the Search icon to quickly find orders by entering an order ID, customer name, or other searchable information.

Sort Orders

Click the Sort icon to organise orders based on available sorting options, such as date, order amount, status, or customer information.

Sorting helps you locate and analyse orders more efficiently.
